Utilising Hypnosis, Self-Hypnosis and Nutrition, we can help you to overcome your habit, beat the cravings and avoid the pitfalls often experienced with people who stop smoking such as overeating and substance substitution.
From a nutrition perspective, we cover establishing a healthy diet and eating well to help overcome cravings that inevitably occur when withdrawing from Nicotine. This in turn will avoid unnecessary weight gain that puts many smokers off actually committing to smoking cessation.
We can show you which foods to eat to help you to resist smoking as well as supplementing your diet to improve health and well-being.
Throughout the day we try some delicious healthy snacks and you will be given recipes and meal ideas to take away with you to help your new lifestyle.
