Hypnosis works by bypassing the critical faculty, a part of your mind which monitors the information we receive from our senses. The critical faculty is a filter which prevents anything that is contrary to the subconscious beliefs of the mind from being accepted as truth. While this is a very useful part of the mind to have as it does protect us, it can make it hard to accept new ideas or make changes to our behaviour. 

Once the critical faculty is bypassed, constructive and beneficial suggestions can be given to make the changes you want and need, aiding you to make the healthy choices you want.

Based on the information provided in your initial consultation, we work with your subconscious to change your mind and beliefs for success. In addition to this, I also teach you self-hypnosis to allow you to use this wonderful tool for yourself.
